Well, there are various reasons why *I* didn't suggest anything then.

1: It was looking like Richard was going to have the time to look into
   spending booking.com's money usefully
2: Whilst I was aware that Vienna.pm still had money to spend, I wasn't aware
   how much it was
3: I wasn't fully aware of the number of bugs that Dave thinks he wants to
   investigate before 5.10.1
