What's all with this RT bashing? I'm probably still new in the Perl  
and CPAN play field, but I find RT simple to use and quite well  
fitted. I don't know how RT stands compared to Trac's BTS, but it  
surely looks better than ugly and baroque systems like Bugzilla or  
GForge's BTS. Being able to do most of the work via mail makes it so  
much easier.

Surely, RT has defaults, but it's software after all ;-)

Oh, and thank you Jesse and Best Practical people for maintaining  
rt.cpan.org so the rest of us casual CPAN authors don't have to.
