This is not a perl or perl-related error, and the message is quite clear to
me.
If you choose to install a package from the HP Porting center, you need to
resolve the dependencies yourself first. It is not like in the Linux world
that there is some kind of package manager that will resolve these depends
for you automatically

and maybe even more for you to install to meet the prerequisites

Alternatively, you could choose one of my depots 1). They do not depend on
any other package at all. The choice is yours and mainly depends on where
and how you want to use perl: 32bit or 64bit, threaded or not, add XS
modules later etc etc
