What about module upgrades? E.g. didn't you notice recenet MakeMaker
changes with which, with INSTALLDIRS=vendor, you have to specify
INSTALLVENDORSCRIPT=/path/to/bindir, not simply INSTALLSCRIPT?
Something like changes all the time. If you want pure-bugfix releases,
you cannot upgrade modules then. There's no bugfix-only module releases
on cpan. They just go ahead.
