I've been slowly starting to work on a set of "distribution-building"  
tools, though I suspect my aims are a bit skewed from what folks are  
talking about here.  I would absolutely _love_ to see a good set of  
tools for easily cherry-picking a set of modules and their  
dependencies and bundling them with a perl, as a single source dist  
or at the packager's option a single- or multi-arch bindist.


Rather than weigh the core down, let's make packaging interesting  
things trivial.
