It's 30652.  If I apply in on top of patchlevel 30651, crash.  If I
revert it, no crash.  Re-apply, crash.

A crash looks like this:

./perl -Ilib ext/threads/t/kill.t
1..19
ok 1 - Loaded
Out of memory!
(useless core dump follows)
