Hi Josh,

	Thank you for this. I've looked it over, and was hoping that I
would be able to write self contained executables for Windows while in
Unix. (Later I realized that perlcc might not be able to do this either).

	I ended up telling the person to install Active State perl on
her laptop, showed her how to load the necessary modules from CPAN, and
emailed her my script which she used. 

	I will try to look over PAR in the future for same platform
distribution though.
