Sorry if this sounds like a rant, but my frustration level is getting
the best of me.

When I first started posting patches to get blead synced up with the
CPAN version of the 'threads' module, I was told to send them in small
chuncks, no formatting changes, etc.. I have no problem with this.

Then I was told that it was desired to have changes put into blead first
before posting to CPAN. This is fine with me as well, except that first
we have to complete the initial sync cycle.

However, the patches I've been posting are being ignored. I'm not
claiming this is being done purposely, but the phenomenon is occurring:
The latest patch I posted on Monday, reposted on Wednesday, and still
no response. Before that I reposted after a week so as to get a
response. Before that I also reposted a week after the initial post in
order to get a response.

At this rate, they'll never get in sync. I don't mind doing the work,
but I hate waiting around wondering if my patches are being looked at
or have dropped through the cracks. There's got to be a better way.
