blead-ithread@25742: Bareword found in conditional

This works fine with maint:

% perl-5.8.8-ithread -le '    \
use warnings FATAL => 'all'; \
use constant FOO => 1;        \
use constant BAR => require File::Spec && FOO()'

it doesn't with blead-ithreads:

% perl-blead-ithread -le '    \
use warnings FATAL => 'all'; \
use constant FOO => 1;        \
use constant BAR => require File::Spec && FOO()'
Bareword found in conditional at -e line 4.

notice that the require can be any module, so it has nothing to do with
File::Spec.

% perl-blead-ithread -V
