Badger Graham Barr into releasing his latest version of libnet which
contains a fix for it! I did only the other day -- see end of

Failing that, the attached patch is what Graham did to fix the test
failure. (The failure is caused by the fact that select(undef, ...) is
only implemented on sockets on Win32.)
