It would seem that during the Perl build time I can only -prebind the
libperl.dylib (if I understand correctly the Perl binary itself cannot
be prebound since the libperl.dylib hasn't yet been installed to its
final place).

Now...

(1) Is prebinding just the libperl.dylib going to do any good?
(2) Is prebinding just the libperl.dylib going to do any bad?
(3) I'm not seeing bazillion fix_prebinding messages in my system.log
    so what is Nat doing wrong? :-)  Or what I am doing right/not doing?
