The point, IIRC, was that bundles have very little quality control, no
unified goal. This makes us look stupid against (for example) the Java
people who have all these APIs that work together as a unit. I know we're
not java, but we also don't want to look stupid. To that end I figure we
need some sort of Charter for each SDK and/or each item in those SDKs. I
assume the current SDK project had something like that already.
