To Whom it May Concern,
 
     I obtain the Perl installer from the CD provided by the Perl5 book and
I install it .   It contain an instruction regarding on how to build the
perl.exe using Visual C++ version 2 and Borland C++.  It stated there that
Visual C++ version 2 have a bug that it requires it to build it to a
Perl95.exe to be bug-free.
 
     I have a Microsoft Visual C++ version 5 on Microsoft Window 98
platform, can I build the Perl without any bug.
