There is a weekly 'overview' sent to p5p.
Perhaps with the advent of working groups (v2.32 in about a week), we
could auto-mail a relevant round-up of (still) open bugs to each
particular group?

The new working groups should recieve a notification of each bug
recieved that has been categorised under say: install, docs, core, etc.
These groups are then expandable of course. Would that do most of what
you want?
