Two questions I have hit that perhaps other perlbug admins can help me
with:
1. Suppose a bug is fixed in the current development track, but is
present in 5.6.0. I don't know if it will be fixed in 5.6.1 because that
doesn't exist yet. How should I mark it?
2. Suppose a bug is fixed by a patch that is stored under a separate
bug-id? How do I link the earlier bug-id to the later one? I tried
putting in the later bug-id in the PatchID field and hitting 'update', but
that didn't do anything. Any ideas?
