You could leave it IP agnostic, but then you might consider breaking
out the functionality into Net::DNS::Utility, Net::DNS::Utility::IPv6,
and Net::DNS::Utility::IPv4.  Then, don't specify in the
Net::DNS::Utility description that it's for IPv6  :)
