New module File::Tail::Multi

The next version of the Module List will list the following module:

  DSLIP:       Rdpfp
  description: stateful tail of a list of files with regex
  userid:      ATRIPPS (Arvind Tripathy)
  chapterid:   10 (File_Names_Systems_Locking)
  enteredby:   BDFOY (brian d foy)

The resulting entry will be:

File::Tail::
