Reporting CPAN Index Problem

Dear all,

    Hi.  I wonder to whom may I report the CPAN repository indexing
problems?  I found several strange result when I query the CPAN
repository.  For example, the most current version of Lingua::Features
is 0.3.1, but the 02packages.details.txt.gz says:

    This may not be the only case.  There are several simular ones to be
investigated.

    Does anybody know who should I contact for this issue?  Thank you
