Fwd: Data-Structure-Util fails tests on 5.10.0

I now have a fix for Data-Structure-Util on 5.10 and would like to  
make a release. As Nick explains Fotango no longer exist. I wonder if  
it'd be possible to get me flagged as maintainer quickly so we can get  
this module - and hence Perl 5.10 - into Fedora Core.
