It is distributed with the MacPerl sources. Sorry I didn't mention 
this. Chris, if you read this, shouldn't we distribute the test files 
with MacPerl 5.6.1r2? Since those files can also be seen as (small) 
examples, I think it would make sense (and as you see, there is 
public demand).
