Hello,

I am a Perl newbie and I am experiencing a problem when I try to configure Perl on Lion. In first place, I tried to use perlbrew, but I was unable to install any perl version. Right now I am trying to configure Perl 5.14.2 manually with "sh Configure -de -Dprefix=/tmp/perl", but I get the same result (I attach the whole output, just in case):

Doing variable substitutions on .SH files...
./UU/extract: line 42: ./11:config_h.SH: No such file or directory

After searching for that error and asking to some colleagues I couldn't find out what's going on. Could you give me a hand, please?

By the way, I have XCode 4.3 with command line tools also installed.

Thank you in advance.
