IPv6 & libwww

Hi,

I have made some changes to libwww to support IPv6, but in doing so I  
seem to have lost IPv4 capability. I am not an expert in Perl and  
would appreciate if someone could look at my code and work out what is  
wrong. The version I am working on is simply to allow people to have  
IPv6 access until people are ready to add IPv6 support to the official  
build.
