This will include developing and publishing program management policies, guidelines and procedures. Duties willinclude the following: 1. Maintain and enhance PERL applications. 2. Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. 3. Efficiently identifies and solves project issues. 4. Designs and maintain technical and project documentation. 5. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Requirements: 1. Bachelors Degree or Information Technology or Computer Science. 2. Minimum 5 Years PERL development 3. Minimum 1-2 years of PHP development. 4. Minimum 3-5 years of MySQL or Oracle 5. Oracle database programming and PL/SQL. 6. Experience with database design and full lifecycle development 7.
