Responsibilities:

This person will work with the team to ensure that software is defined,
developed, and delivered on time with all promised functionality and work
closely with the product management group.  The Director will possess
strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills and
encourage feedback and build trust within the teams

Required skills:
•	The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience
leading high-performance development teams and a technical background in
software development using modern tools and methodologies
•	A strong, self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial
streak coupled with excellent communication and team-building skills
•	The ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and
effectively build consensus around projects will be essential to success
•	At least 5 years hands-on experience in software development is
required, with special emphasis on skills in high performance web
application design,  Perl, Service Oriented Architecture, web-based User
Interfaces and RDBMS
•	Experience with EXTREME development tools and techniques
•	High technical competence, track record of strong technical
accomplishments
•	B.S. in computer science, engineering or equivalent 
•	Superior communication skills in both English and Czech

Desired skills:
•	At least 10 years total experience in the software industry
•	5+ years experience with Perl or PHP and 2+ years experience with
JavaScript 
•	Understanding of HTTP, Internet protocols, Web browsers and RDBMS
(preferably Oracle or MySQL)
