Description:
Our client is a well-funded startup Internet company located in San
Francisco, CA. They are rapidly growing and are looking to double in size
within the next few years. We are looking for talented individuals with
strong PERL programming in every department including QA, engineering, and
API development. 

If you're passionate about Perl, then we've got multiple opportunities for
you. No corporate politics, just work hard and play hard. These are full
time positions with a good benefits package. 

Required skills:
•5+ years experience writing Perl (or Python, with the ability to work with
a substantial Perl codebase)
•5+ years experience with object-oriented development
•Deep understanding of and modern web protocols and development practices
•Ability to work alone and in small teams to deliver critical
infrastructure


Desired skills:
Desired Skills

•Practical experience with distributed computing and clustering
architectures
•Practical experience with development on Unix
•Practical experience with database design
•Broad and deep knowledge of Perl or Python and commonly used modules
