As our Operations Support Analyst, you will: 

• Monitor and support all systems for performance; recommend and implement
resolutions for performance issues as needed 
• Manage job dependencies in conjunction with departmental or enterprise
objectives 
• Demonstrate accurate and timely escalation and notification of production
outages 
• Plan and execute system modifications in conjunction with problem
resolution infrastructure modification or performance enhancements 
• Demonstrate strong initiative by providing feedback to create or improve
processes and procedures 
• Integrate program components into new or existing job streams 
• Acquire and maintain business knowledge for client areas as assigned

Required skills:
Your qualifications include: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Detail oriented with strong analytic and organization skills 
• Understanding of Unix operating systems and utilities specifically Linux
and Solaris 
• Basic knowledge of SQL/T-SQL Perl and Unix Shell programming and computer
networking 
• Self-motivated and committed to the successful and timely completion of
assignments 
• Ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities and tasks 
• Ability to work weekends evenings and holidays as needed 
• BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field desired
