Description:
E-Loanshop are one of the UK’s leading on-line secured loan providers. The
position involves working closely with MD on developing the company’s web
sites/presence/new sites/marketing and associated systems (XML) together
with the continued development of its sophisticated bespoke CRM system
(PERL back end with MySQL database & additional Javascript interactivity). 


Position Overview:

General running of the IT Infrastructure and Systems within the company.

Develop/manage web-based systems for use in our business.

Will have experience of design and development, functional specification,
and determining technical requirements from business rules and database
schema design.

Duties:

Development/Maintenance/Support of various Web-based systems.
Provision of support to users, software/hardware and infrastructure.


Required skills:
Working knowledge of PERL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Familiarity with full life cycle software development.
Database design using MySQL.
In-depth knowledge of Apache with mod_perl.
Effective investigation and resolution of support as required by the users.

Desired skills:
Working knowledge of ASP/ASP.NET, PHP, IIS and SQL Server.
Familiarity of XML/XSLT and Web Services.
