Required skills:
The following job requirements apply:
* 2+ years web development experience using Perl under Linux
* Experience with ruby and ruby on rails a plus
* Experience with JavaScript
* Experience with source control systems a plus
* Manage time effectively and able to prioritize projects daily
* Write project specifications and documentation
* Strong non-technical communications skills a must
* Participate in all phases of software development life cycle
* Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
* Skills at foosball, volleyball, or softball a plus
* Must relocate to the Traverse City area
