Recent discussions on some of the lists indicate that at least in some areas of the USA the hi-tech job market is expanding and companies find it hard to find good developers. Not only in Perl but in Perl as well. This of course does not mean any of these companies would be ready to go for the trouble hiring from overseas or training their own people or even raising the offered salaries. I guess there are relatively few companies that would sponsor your visa. We also know that there are companies in the EU that are looking for good Perl developers. I don't know what about visa and work permit issues there but I know for example that both Booking.com in Amsterdam and 123People in Vienna are looking for developers. regards GaborThread Previous | Thread Next
