Build Problem with DBD::mysql and mingw

Hello all

I have tried to build DBD::mysql with mingw and
had a bit of frustration to do so since I didn't
achieve what I wanted at first. After a few trial
and errors, I managed to build it by manualle
removing
   "-Wl,--image-base,0x1570000"
at the linking stage.

Now, I have no idea why that is. But I hope
that someone in this list knows about this
and can improve the package by changing
the Makefile.PL (?) so that this thing is
either omitted from the start or changed
correctly.
