I already have the http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/ repository in PPM. I am not sure if this matters or what it means but one thing I noticed that under Areas tab of PPM preferences there are two radio options. One is site and has 28 packages, the @INC value is C:/OTRS/Perl/site/lib and the other is perl and has 42 packages, the @INC value is C:/OTRS/Perl/lib. I am not able to click on the perl radio option in that list.
