Hi,

I have a module, File-Pairtree-v0.301.0, uploaded May 20 that I'd like
to be tested under Windows, but no reports from Windows have ever come
through for any version of this module going back to 2009.

Other modules of mine routinely generate reports from Windows platforms,
and I've failed to find any dependencies for the above module that would
nix Windows testing, but maybe I don't know how to look.  Any ideas?
