yes, that's what I meant. Actually to have a leaderboard
where only reports generated from the non-automated tools would count.
I guess the automated clients could include some marks in the reports
but I am not sure it is worth the effort.

Anyway let's see what the leaderboards proposed by David will do
before trying to overwhelm the world by CPAN Tester leaderboards.
