Catalyst::View::SVG::TT::Graph depends on Image::LibRSVG which depends
on librsvg. Dedicated CPAN testers machines usually don't have any
additional C libraries installed and CPAN clients don't install them
automatically. So you can expect test reports only from users of your
module which have reporting enabled.
