About the QA RFCs just posted...

I failed to make it explicit that I was posting the perl-qa RFCs to
bootstrap "read-only".  All discussion about the RFC should be
directed at perl-qa@perl.org and not bootstrap.  If you want to talk
about QA, you have to subscribe to perl-qa@perl.org.

I tried setting the Reply-To, but I guess group-reply defeats that.
I'll try BCCing future RFCs to bootstrap and see if that works.
