I want to keep the top level categories as sparse as possible, so its easier to figure out were you want to go if your just using the site as a quick refrence sight (no doubt we will end up high on googles 'perl book' search, currently http://perlbook.com/ is in the top three *boggle*). One thing I hate about most sites is you *have* to use the search to find stuff unless you want to devote 10-15 minuites figuring out how whats in all the categories.

Apparently 'Tech' was misleading, so need better name for that (none jumping out at me).

I actually modeled those categories off of my old library, they should encoumpas everything. ;) I expect the majority of non-computer related submissions to be in the obvious refrence or the fiction categories.

s> DB

add those to Perl::Guru also.

Coming up with a tree that would make a book fit into only one field was almost impossible, and would have been hard to use, so some books will fit into several.
Idealy if you have an idea of the books contents, you can go to that category and find it, in any category that it was relevant too.

lol! I was a librarian in my younger years, the irony ;) I left this one purpousfully sparse because I wasn't sure what categories would get populated and I am trying to avoid having several '1 book per category' categories.
