I can only write some preamble, here it what I came so far,
use autodie qw(open close);
open my $fh1, '<', "file1";
open my $fh2, '<', "file2";
@parts2 = split /\s+/, $_;
@parts1 = split //,$_;
$ more file1
$ more file2
1 3 2
3 2 4
5 1 6
