how to fill in forms of yahoo sign up site

Hi,
I want to have a program to autofill those yahoo signup forms such as this ==> https://edit.yahoo.com/registration?.v=&.intl=sg&new=1&.src=ym&.partner=&.p=&promo=&.last=&.done=http://sg.yahoo.com/
The names, and other details are saved in a text file. How do I do this?
