Perl is completely independent of .NET. If you want to install Perl, go to e.g. www.activestate.com and download their windows binary. > What to choose, what not. In every case, you don't need anything of Microsoft to install Perl. You only need Perl. (With a C-Compiler, you can compile it from source code) > How to continue after?
