Options for Compiling 5.12

I'm compiling perl 5.12.2 for my new AMD64 quad-core.  I have chosen the 
following options.  Any comments on them?  Any thing I should avoid?

   sh Configure -de -Dprefix=/opt/perl -Dusethreads -Dusemorebits 
-Uuselargefiles
